Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 August 2026

OchoAIBot (“Ocho”) is a private, personal automation agent operated by Robby Schlesinger. It is not a commercial product, it is not offered to the public, and it has exactly two authorized users: ochoaibot@gmail.com and robbyschlesinger@gmail.com.

What data Ocho accesses

Ocho requests access to Google account data for those two accounts only, and only for these purposes:

How that data is used

Google user data is used solely to carry out tasks the operator has explicitly requested. It is processed on a single private computer under the operator's physical control. It is never used for advertising, never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used to train machine-learning models.

Where it is stored

Message and calendar content is read into memory to complete a request. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on that same private machine with owner-only file permissions. Ocho does not run a public server, a hosted database, or an analytics pipeline, and it transmits no Google user data to any third-party service.

Limited Use disclosure

Ocho's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Artifacts derived from this data — briefings, notes, summaries — are kept on the operator's machine and can be deleted at any time on request. To revoke Ocho's access entirely, remove it at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates its tokens.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
